Ross was behind the times.

When I came in as a senior designer at Ross, they were really falling behind their competition. Without anyone on staff who knew how to marketing in a digital world, the company was entirely reliant on its print production. It was losing clients that were moving to more full-service agencies.

The first two things I did in my new capacity was update the company’s website and begin email marketing using Mailchimp.

Now empowered with a CMS email marketing system, the Sales Team at Ross was able to bring in new clients…and recover old clients who had left!

Email marketing is about offers, messaging and compatibility. Coding bulletproof emails is a real skill! Having the peace-of mind-in knowing that each client, regardless of which email app they are using, is seeing the same version of your marketing message is invaluable.

I have often used Tyler instead of Wikipedia.

Before we brought Tyler onboard, we didn’t have anyone who knew digital marketing and the web. I’ve learned a lot!
